Group therapy is an opportunity to support others while gaining support and learning about your interpersonal style.
All of our groups are small — no more than 8 individuals are present in any given meeting.

Dreaming a Better Therapist
Hosted at our offices by our Staff Therapist, Parker Head, this social dreaming group is for psychology graduate students and pre-licensed clinicians.
Social dreaming is a collective approach to dream work that utilizes the associations of the group members in order to reveal new thoughts.

PolyAm
Facilitated via secure video conferencing by our Associate Therapist, Mason Lewerenz, this group focuses on the exploring polyamory and consensual nonmonogamy.
Are you a “Polyamory Amateur” (Poly/Am)? If you’ve been asking questions like “What is polyamory?” or “What is nonmonogamy?” than this group might be the place for you.

Early Career Clinicians
Facilitated in our offices by Dr. Smith, this group provides a consultation, process, and support space for early career clinicians.
Appropriate for post-graduates at all levels and licensed clinicians within 2 years of licensure.

Q.U.E.S.T.
Facilitated via secure video conference by our Associate Therapist, Mason Lewerenz, QUEST stands for Queer Understanding, Empowerment, and Support for Teens!
This group is aimed at teens 15 to 18 years old who live in California and are looking for a safe and confidential space to share support and explore their lives as queer individuals.

Interpersonal Process Group
Hosted and faciliated at our office by by Parker Head, MA, LMFT, this group is a classic interpersonal process group. Made up of diverse individuals of all backgrounds, genders, and ages this group allows participants to observe and explore their relationships to themselves and others.
